Clean Water for Gaza
Tonight, as you and your families break your fasts with clean water, please remember those in Gaza who are also fasting and waiting to break their fasts with drinkable water. Sadly, 97% of all water in Gaza isn’t safe for human consumption. Alhamdulillah, HDF has distributed over 100,000 liters of clean water so far to the people of Gaza.
Our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was asked, “Which charity is best?” He replied, “[Providing] water” (Abu Dawud). If there is a time of year to be generous, it is now, on this blessed Friday of Ramadan. This is a Zakat-Eligible cause worthy of your support.
Providing Daily Iftars
HDF is also distributing hot meals every single day of Ramadan in North Gaza, now serving over 300 families.
