Through its Global Scholarship Program, funded by Zakat contributions, HDF sponsors 2,000 students across Jordan and Kenya. Among these scholars, 650 are young women, 600 in Kenya and 50 Palestinian refugees in Jordan.

Global Scholarship Fund (College Students):
HDF invests in underserved college students across a diverse student population, supporting degrees in IT, Medicine, Engineering, Accounting, and other critical fields. Support includes tuition assistance, school, transportation, technology tools, meal support, ensuring long-term success for our scholars.
Primary Education in Syria:
Through our primary school initiative in Syria, HDF addresses educational disruption at its roots by providing children with access to safe learning environments, qualified instruction, and essential materials – laying a strong foundation for long-term academic success and community resilience.

Global Scholars in the Islamic University of Kenya
HDF’s scholars come from diverse African countries, including Tanzania, Burundi, Congo, Madagascar, Somalia, and Rwanda. They gather in Kenya to pursue higher education, fostering personal growth and contributing to the development of their home countries. This effort aligns with the concept of sadaqah jariyah, the everlasting charity that continues to benefit even after one’s lifetime.
HDF collaborates with renowned educational institutions such as Al Jazari Institute, Miftaah Institute, Islamic University of Minnesota, University of the Middle East, and the Islamic University of Kenya. These partnerships ensure the delivery of quality education and the unlocking of boundless opportunities for scholars, effectively bridging the education gap.
