HDF’s Cataract Surgery Program brings this life-changing treatment to communities in Gaza, Kenya, and beyond. We partner with local medical teams to identify patients, perform surgeries, and provide post-operative care – ensuring safe recovery and lasting results.
What We Provide:
- Pre-surgical screening and assessment
- Complete cataract surgery with quality intraocular lenses
- Post-operative medications and follow-up care
- Transportation support for patients in remote areas

Empowering Gaza student
At HDF, we are committed to changing the future of displaced children in Gaza through education. Thousands of children have lost access to schooling due to the ongoing conflict, and their futures are at risk.
Through our Education for Gaza Project, we are creating safe, nurturing spaces where these children can learn, grow, and regain a sense of normalcy. We provide access to core education, psychosocial support, and recreational activities to ensure their mental, emotional, and academic well-being.
