The humanitarian response in Sudan is hindered by ongoing conflict, limited access to affected areas, and insufficient funding. The complex political landscape and security concerns also pose significant challenges to delivering aid and implementing development programs. Additionally, the impact of climate change, such as recurrent floods and droughts, continues to exacerbate vulnerabilities.
