The Prophet ﷺ said:
Dignity in the Details
“Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break his fast, he will have a reward like theirs, without that diminishing from the reward of the fasting person in the slightest.”

Suhoor in Gaza The Meal That Carries the Fast
For many families, Suhoor has been the meal they go without not because they choose to, but because there is nothing left.
This Ramadan, Human Development Fund is bringing Suhoor back in Gaza.
A warm meal before fajr.
So children can make it through the day.
So parents can fast without fear.
So worship is not replaced by exhaustion.
Suhoor is not an extra.
It is the meal that makes the fast possible.
When you give Suhoor in Gaza, you are not just feeding someone once.
You are carrying them through the entire day.
What’s inside:
- Bread (2 pieces) 2 Jam (50 g) 3
- Can of hummus

Hot Meals — Right When They Are Needed
It means children sleep after eating.
It means parents stop calculating portions.

Food Parcels Dignity in a Bag
A hot meal feeds someone for a night.
A food parcel gives a family their kitchen back.
It means a mother can decide what to cook.
It means a father can serve his children with his own hands.
It means a family is not standing in line they are at home.
Food Parcel — $60 per family

Give a Hot Meal This Ramadan
34+ countries. One act of mercy. For $10, you can provide a warm meal to someone in need. Your generosity turns hunger into relief and allows families to break their fast with dignity, gratitude, and peace this Ramadan.

Food parcels are...
not about surviving one meal.
They are about restoring normal life, even if only for a little while.
Each parcel contains simple, familiar staples, such as:
- Rice or flour
- Lentils or beans
- Cooking oil
- Sugar and salt
- Other basic pantry items families recognize
Enough to carry a family through several days of Ramadan.
Why the Cost Is the Same?
One Price One Ummah.
This year, we made a simple decision. We made the price of a meal the same everywhere. Not because need is the same everywhere. But because dignity should be.
Behind the scenes:
- Costs are different.
- Needs are different.
- Logistics are different.
But we did not want a donor to have to calculate whose hunger is worth more. We did not want some families to feel like they were “cheaper” to care for than others. We did not want mercy to depend on geography.
So this Ramadan:
- $10 feeds one person
- $60 feeds one family
In Gaza.
In Yemen.
In Syria.
In Africa.
In Asia.
One Ummah. One standard. One intention.
